DJ MAX 2: An Unforgiving Game

January 2, 2009 · Leave a Comment

Mood: psyched!

Just when I thought I couldn’t get anymore addicted to a game, here comes DJ Max Portable 2. Now this may not be fresh news for most so I regrettably admit that this is my first time touching DJ Max 2. I was playing DJ Max 1 and have been getting tired of it when I finally decided to get off my ass and download DJ Max 2 (okay so the boyfriend downloaded it)

they now have characters! awesome!

One thing I have to say about DJ Max 2… it’s FUCKING HARD. At least, it’s more difficult to play than DJ Max 1. Almost every move you make requires gold or requires that you reach a certain level so you would actually be compelled to play as much songs as you can and complete as much missions as you can. There’s that urgency to level up that DJ Max 1 didn’t have. Also late key pressers and early key pressers would have a tough time with DJ Max 2 as the game can be unforgiving.

The coolest thing probably about this is that we can (finally) battle friends through network battles. I haven’t tried it myself and god knows I need some kind of miracle training to beat my friends who happen to be DJ Max gods.

So yes, training is ON!
